Ana Popescu is a visual artiste born in Tîrgu-Mures, Romania. She studied at the University of Applied Art in Vienna and went on to make the Austrian capital her home. In 2023 she completed a residency at Paradise Air in Matsudo, Japan. Ana Popescu`s purposeful design calls the viewer to cast an eye upon the gently drawn figures that compose her idyllic take on the lavish experience of "Glamping". A Mediterranean tree, a vacationer under a beach umbrella, and a woman readying for a seascapade from her lounge chair. Who needs anything else to pack a bag and go, go, go?!
